
Wind down with a happy hour yoga class that will bring in awareness of gratitude, breath, and nature.
We will practice the moon salutation and finish with land-to-water sequences and shavasana.
Time for journaling, reflection, and sharing to follow.
Participants should dress in comfortable layers, have a mat, and bolster or block (or rolled up towel) if possible.
Journaling or art supplies, a plus, for the end of the session.
