Classes will typically meet on Mondays and Thursdays, with occasional other dates for classes and special events.

Most of the program is composed of experiential learning in Land to Water Yoga, Hatha-based yoga, adaptive yoga such as chair yoga, meditation, and movement experiences. Additionally, videos, readings, writing assignments, creative extensions of lessons, and more complete the program. Students are welcome to accelerate or augment their study by attending other Virtual Studio programs and participating in conferences, workshops, training, and more offerings from East West Somatics. Some students may receive credit for previous yoga experience; inquire!
