Reconnect with the natural world in Decentering and Interconnectivity, the final class in our series with Eastwest Faculty Lani Weissbach. Through playful experimentation, we will allow our bodies to resonate with and be moved by objects from the natural world.

About the event
Note: While each class can be taken individually, participants are strongly encouraged to take all three classes in the series for a deeper experience and understanding of the work. Decentering and Interconnectivity: In this final class of the series, we will explore the connection of our bodies to living matter from nature, cultivating our kinship with the more-than-human world.
The focus of this class will be to:
•Discover creative ways to present with and respond to objects from the natural world (such as stones, leaves, flowers, etc.,) in a non-egoic way
•Increase sensitivity and empathy through active listening, sensing and observing
•Surrender the thinking, planning mind to discover how the body can be moved by space, time, form and qualities of the natural world
•Open to the healing potentials of engaging with the natural world with reverence and humility
