An Intuitive Dance Exploration

This class is an individual exploration to unveil one’s intrinsic movement.

It begins with a guided breathing visualization to awaken, revitalize, and integrate pathways of connectivity and wholeness throughout the body.

We then partner, and witness the other moving through a guided visualization and individual exploration.

Time is taken to express impressions through drawing and journaling.

The session closes with group sharing, observations, and a closing movement ritual. *Recording will be provided to all registrants.
